Q&A assistance by phone is a 10 to 15-minute MDS consultation service.
- Ask an MDS-related question to MDS/RAI ADVISOR with an online payment of $24.99 for a 10 to 15-minute session. Please include a thorough, detailed scenario with your question so that the best answer can be given within the time frame.
Choose time of appointment at least 1 hour from the time you are sending in your question. This will provide ample time to provide you specific RAI manual page numbers as reference to support answers to your questions, if applicable.
Type your question on the online appointment form as detailed as possible (i.e., DC or admit dates if they apply).
If you prefer to get a response in writing instead of a phone call, simply say so when you book the phone consultation.

​​​​​​​​PHONE CONSULT APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Full refund is provided for the following:
​
1). Any cancelled phone-consultation appointment 10 minutes before the appointment. Example: Your appointment is 1:00pm of September 01. You must cancel by 12:49pm of September 01 in order to get a full refund.
​
2). Dissatisfaction with phone consult service provided. If the client is not satisfied with the service, the refund request must be within 24 hours of the appointment. Refund requests after 24 hours of the appointment will not be processed.
Timely request for refund is processed within 1 to 3 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1 to 14 days.
